This is a fantastic opportunity for a positive and open-minded Chef de Partie to build their skills in a professional, supportive environment. Located in the South Downs National Park, we’re also just an 80-minute direct train from London—ideal for exploring and dining on your days off.

 

The ideal candidate will:

  • Thrive in a fast-paced, bustling kitchen.

  • Plan and organize the daily operations of their kitchen section with efficiency.

  • Enjoy creating rustic, classic dishes inspired by French, Italian, and Spanish traditions.

  • Deliver food promptly and with great attention to detail, ensuring an unfussy yet exceptional dining experience.

  • Be flexible and adapt menus based on fresh, seasonal ingredients.

  • Contribute to a positive, collaborative working environment.
